Working with PM Teams at Scale
I’ve spent over 20 years leading and supporting product organisations in complex, regulated, and fast-changing environments.
I’ve worked with product leaders who are accountable for strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes, but cannot personally hold everything together.
My work focuses on strengthening how product teams operate, make decisions, and connect their work to business impact, so leaders can rely on their teams without constant involvement.
I bring pattern recognition from large-scale product organisations, not theory or frameworks.
